Inspired by the beauty of a field full of flowers and fresh leaves, this shawl takes shape from the top down. Using a worsted weight yarn, it will knit up quickly. Where do you find your inspiration? 

 

Laurel is a triangular shawl knit from the top down, starting with a Garter Stitch Tab. Pattern stitches used include: stockinette stitch, beading stitch, seed stitch, twisted stockinette stitch, and a lace pattern. The lace may be worked from a chart, or written pattern.
