Yarn B Isager SPINNI (100% Wool; 328 yards 300 meters per 50g)

3.25 mm (US 3) circular needle, 16” 40 cm, or needle size to obtain correct gauge.
4 mm (US 6) circular needle, 32” 80 cm (or longer for larger sizes), a 24” 60 cm, a 16” 40 cm, and a set of Double Pointed Needles (DPNs) or needle size required to obtain correct gauge
 
GAUGE
21.5 sts & 29 rnds = 4” 10 cm in Stockinette Stocking stitch in the round on a 4 mm (US 6) needle, blocked with yarns A and B held together. 1 repeat of Sugar Scallop pattern = 1” 2.5 cm on a 3.25 mm (US 3) needle with yarn B only.
