This sweater is worked from the top down with raglan shaping. A small section of short rows are worked at the back of the neck and at the bottom hem to help with fit. The neckband is picked up and knit last to create a more stable edging, since this sweater is designed to have a large neck opening. Sleeve instructions are written to use DPNs, however an alternate method of working small circumference can be used, such as a short circular needle for the larger sizes. Pattern is written for your choice of short above the elbow length sleeves, or long wrist length sleeves. See yarn amounts
